I was extreme impressed with the service I received at Pegasus when my refrigerator started acting up. My call for help resulted in the repairman arriving at our home within a few hours. Within an hour the repairman had identified the problem, fixed the problem (without having to replace a part or parts) and we had our refrigerator back up and running – good as new. The repairman was highly competent, well mannered and was able to explain so that I could understand the cause of the problem – a key component had frozen shut and needed to be unfrozen and adjusted. I highly recommend Pegasus – this was not the first time I had called on them and both times the service was excellent (my previous issue was with my washing machine). ~ Mark G

No waiting for a long automated message asking you to pay attention because their long automated message has changed. A real person answered the phone, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and set up an appointment for a technician in less than 48 hours. The service technician arrived on schedule, and because he had run into this issue with this particular appliance brand before, he anticipated the problem and arrived with the part! Appliance Services has repaired our refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and dryer with great service for over ten years in Burlington, Ontario. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff show up when they say they will and work to provide fairly priced repairs and honest advice. The last time my Refrigerator stopped working on Oct 13, 2023. The repairman came out on a Friday, tried one thing. Had to come back on Sat morning, replaced a part; still no go. Came back twice more over the next couple days. Only charged for one appliance repair service call, and the parts. Very fair & honest. I highly recommend Pegasus, their company is fast, friendly, efficient repair on my Samsung refrigerator. Call them for any appliance repair, they are the best they have also fixed my washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher, and stove over the years. ~ Sasha K

Had an older model refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Called the best appliance repair service I could find in Burlington. They took my call very quickly and then listened to the symptoms that I was experiencing. He recommended that the repair was probably not going to be worth it based on my descriptions of the problems. I have to say that this is quite refreshing. In today's world where it's nice to find honesty. He could have easily just come, charged me the service call and then told me how expensive the repair was, but instead he called, listened, and then made a solid recommendation. He even advised me on which brands to stay away from when buying a new refrigerator! While I didn't need to have him come out, I will definitely consider Pegasus Appliance Repair Burlington in the future should I need repairs in the future! Our 20 yrs old double door(GE) fridge stopped working. Pegasus Appliance Repair in Burlington came right on time as he has promised, quickly diagnosed the trouble and said he has to order a part for my fridge and will be back in two weeks. Well.... Actually he called in 5 days and came back with the part, finished the repair for a very reasonable price!!! Then, about 5-6 months later our other much older (26+ yrs) refrigerator broke down. We of course called Pegasus Appliance Repair and he came the next day, fixed it in no time, and again the charges were extremely reasonable. He was always very professional, and I recommended their appliance repair service to a few of our friends in Burlington Ontario without hesitation. My LG bottom freezer refrigerator stopped working Sunday morning. Called Pegasus to see if repairman could come see if it could be repaired. Not ALL repair professionals will look at an LG. Emil was at my home in the afternoon, first sending me a text he was on his way. fridge was definitely dead, but Emil was so kind, courteous and empathetic he asked was there anything else he could do. I said yes, please put up 2 outdoor flags for me. My husband passed and they were yet to be put up. He did it with pleasure. Thank you Emil, you were wonderful. I found new fridge that afternoon. November 29, 2023. Our Whirpool Washer suddenly stopped drying the clothes during the spin cycle and was making terrible noises during the beginning and end of the cycles. I called Pegasus because they were listed as having a technician in Aldershot and had great reviews. I was very pleased with the work that Emil, the technician from Pegasus provided. He kept me posted by text message on his expected arrival time. He was professional and positive. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts in his vehicle to quicky repair our machine. I felt the cost was very appropriate for what was done. I expected it to be more. Emil outlined the next steps if anything else were to happen and even asked if he could answer any other questions regarding any other appliances we had in the home. Our 8 year-old Samsung refrigerator recently ‘died’. A dear friend recommended Pegasus Appliance Repair Service in Burlington. Pegasus repaired their LG refrigerator las month and did a great job. I called the Pegasus office near me and they came out the next morning, diagnosed that the fan motor had died and ordered the part. It arrived 2 days later and our appliance repairman showed up, repaired the refrigerator, cleaned out the compressor and restored our appliance. I was very impressed with the service by Pegasus Appliance Repair. I needed to repair an ice maker on my Samsung fridge as a condition of a home sale and as such had Emil from Pegasus attend to complete the job. Emil attended, diagnosed the issue and quoted me for a repair. A few days later when the parts arrived Pegasus scheduled a day to come and complete the repair. Courteous response to my call, and scheduled a technician to visit my home in a timely manner. Emil was on time for the scheduled appointment, fixed my Bosch dishwasher that I thought may need replaced, and did a great job in explaining the work he was doing and what had lead to the issue in the first place.
